Luke 22

⁷ The day came when the Passover lamb had to be killed. This was the day they called Bread Without Yeast.

¹² "He will take you upstairs and show you a big room. Everything will be ready. Prepare the meal there."

¹⁴ When it was time, Jesus sat down at the table. His twelve apostles sat down with him.

¹⁹ Then he took bread. He thanked God for it, tore it into pieces, and gave it to them. "This is my body," he said. "I am giving it up for you. Do this to remember me."

²⁰ After the meal, he took the cup again. "This cup is the new covenant sealed with my blood. It is being poured out for you."
