John 2

The wine ran out. Jesus' mother came close. She said quietly, "They have no more wine."

Six huge stone jars stood against the wall. The Jews used them for washing. Each jar could hold 20 to 30 gallons.

The man took a drink. Water. Now wine! He had no idea where it came from. But the servants knew. They were the ones who filled those jars. The man called the groom over.

Then it was almost time for Passover. The Jewish feast. Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

Jesus grabbed some cords. He twisted them into a whip. Then he went after them. He drove them all out! Every person. Every animal. Sheep running. Oxen stampeding. Coins flying through the air. Tables crashing to the ground!
