John 1

¹⁴ The Word became flesh and blood. He moved into our neighborhood. We saw his glory with our own eyes! The glory of the one and only Son from the Father. Packed full of grace and truth.

¹⁹ The Jewish leaders in Jerusalem got nervous. They sent priests and Levites to ask John one question: "Who are you?"

²⁹ The next day, John saw Jesus walking toward him. John shouted, "There! The Lamb of God! The one who takes away the sin of the whole world!

³⁵ The next day, John was standing in the same spot. Two of his followers were with him.

³⁶ Jesus walked past. John looked at him and said, "There he is. The Lamb of God!"
