Exodus 2

A man from Levi's tribe married a woman from the same tribe.

Pharaoh's daughter came down to wash in the river. Her helpers walked along the water's edge. She saw the basket sitting there in the tall grass. She sent her helper to grab it.

Right then the baby's sister stepped out. "Should I find a Hebrew woman to feed the baby for you?"

Pharaoh's daughter handed her the baby. "Take this child. Feed him for me. I will pay you." The mom took her own son home. She cared for him.

The boy grew. His mom brought him to Pharaoh's daughter. He became her son. She named him Moses. Pulled out. Because she pulled him from the water.
