1 Corinthians 6

¹ One of you has a fight with another. And you take it to court! You let people who do not know God decide who wins. Why? Why not let God's people settle it?

⁷ You already lost. The fact that you go to court at all means you lost. Why not just take the hit? Why not let someone cheat you?

¹² You say, "I can do anything I want!" Sure. But not everything helps you. You say, "I can do anything I want!" Sure. But I will not let anything own me.

¹⁵ Did you forget? Your body is a part of Jesus himself! Should I rip off a part of Jesus and join it to a woman who sells sex? No way!

¹⁸ Run away from sex sin! Fast! Every other sin stays outside your body. But sex sin cuts your own body.
