1 Corinthians 13

¹ Suppose I speak in the languages of humans and even angels. But suppose I do not have love. Then I am only a loud noise! Like a gong banging or cymbals crashing.

⁴ Love does not rush. Love shows up with kindness. Love does not burn with wanting what others have. Love does not brag or act like it is better than others.

⁸ Love never stops! But one day, speaking for God will end. Speaking in languages you never learned will stop. Everything we know now will melt away.
