Romans 3
1 So what is so good about being a Jew? What is circumcision worth?
9 So are we Jews better? Not at all! We already said this. Jews and Greeks are all under sin.
21 But now God has shown a whole new way to be counted as His people! It does not come from following Jewish rules. But the law and the prophets both point to it!
24 But here is the good news! God counts us as His people freely, as a gift! By His grace. Through the rescue Jesus Christ brings.
27 Where is any room for bragging now? Gone! Shut out! By what kind of rule? By following Jewish rules? No! By trusting God!
