Numbers 14

¹ The whole camp broke that night. People screamed. They cried. Their crying went on and on until the sun came up.

² All of Israel turned on Moses and Aaron. They screamed at them. "We should have died in Egypt! We should have died here in this dirt!"

⁵ Moses and Aaron threw themselves down on their faces in front of everyone.

¹⁰ But the crowd grabbed stones. Right then, Yahweh's bright glory burst out from the Tent of Meeting. Every person in Israel saw it.

¹³ Moses said to Yahweh, "But Egypt will hear about this! You used your power to pull these people out of there!"
