1 They crossed to the far side and pulled the boat onto the beach. Gadara.
2 Jesus stepped onto dry ground. A man came running from the graves. An evil spirit lived inside him.
6 He saw Jesus from far away. He ran straight at him and fell face down.
9 Jesus asked, "What's your name?" The voice answered, "Legion. We are Legion. Thousands of us are inside him."
10 The spirits begged. "Don't send us away! Don't make us leave this place!"
