John 8

³ Right then, the teachers of the law and the Pharisees dragged a woman in. She had been caught having sex with a man who was not her husband. They pushed her into the middle. Everyone could see her.

⁷ They kept pushing him for an answer. Jesus stood up. He said, "The one with no sin can throw the first stone."

¹⁰ Jesus stood up. He said to her, "Woman, where did they go? Did no one stay to say you are bad?"

¹² Jesus talked to the people again. He said, "I am the light of the world! If you follow me, you will never walk in the dark. You will have the light that gives life."

²¹ Jesus told them again, "I am leaving. You will look for me. But you will die with your sin still on you. Where I am going, you cannot come."
