Jeremiah 39

⁵ The Babylonians chased them! They hunted them down! They caught Zedekiah on the flat lands of Jericho. They grabbed him. They dragged him north to Riblah in Hamath's land. They brought him to King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. His end was coming.

⁶ Babylon's king killed Zedekiah's sons right in front of him. At Riblah. He killed all Judah's great men too.
