Colossians 3

¹ So you were raised back to life with Christ! Keep reaching up for what is above. That is where Christ sits at God's right hand.

⁹ Stop lying to each other! You already took off your old self with all its old ways.

¹² So put on what fits God's chosen people. You are set apart. You are loved. Put on soft hearts. Put on kindness. Put on low spirits. Put on gentle ways. Put on long patience.

¹⁸ Wives, follow your husbands. That is what fits when you follow the Lord.

²² Servants, obey your earthly masters in everything. Do not work hard only when they watch you. Work from an honest heart that fears God.
