¹ David went to the town of Nob to find Ahimelech the priest. Ahimelech ran out to meet him. His hands shook. "Why are you alone? Where are your men?"

¹⁰ That same day David ran. Fear pushed him hard. He was so scared of Saul. He ran all the way to Gath, to King Achish.
