1 Saul talked out loud to Jonathan and all his servants. He said, "Kill David!" But Jonathan loved David with his whole heart!
11 Saul sent men to watch David's house. He told them to kill him when the sun came up! But Michal, David's wife, gave him a warning! "Run! Now! Tonight! If you stay, you will be dead by morning!"
17 Saul turned on his daughter! His face twisted up! "You lied to me! You helped my enemy get away!" Michal said, "He held a knife to me! He said, 'Let me go or I will kill you!'"
