1 Corinthians 10
1 Brothers and sisters, here is what you need to know! All our fathers walked under the cloud. All of them passed through the sea.
7 Do not worship idols like some of them did. The Book says, "The people sat down to eat and drink, then they jumped up to party."
12 So if you think you are standing strong, watch your step! You could fall.
20 No! What I am saying is this. When the nations sacrifice to idols, they are really sacrificing to demons, not to God. I do not want you partnering with demons!
23 "I am free to do anything!" Sure. But not everything helps you. "I am free to do anything!" Sure. But not everything builds others up.
