Galatians 4

¹ Let me show you what I mean. A young boy might own everything someday. But while he is still small, people treat him like a servant.

⁸ Back then, you did not know God. You were slaves to things that are not even gods at all.

¹² Please, brothers and sisters, be like me! I became like you once. You never hurt me back then.

²¹ Tell me something! You want to live under the law? Do you even hear what the law says?

²⁸ Now you, brothers and sisters, are children of the promise, just like Isaac was.
