1 John 3

¹ The Father poured huge love on us! We are called God's children. And we are! The world does not know us because it never knew him.

⁴ Everyone who sins breaks God's law. Sin is breaking God's law.

⁸ But keep on sinning? You belong to the devil. The devil has been sinning from the very start. The Son of God came to crush everything the devil built.

¹¹ This is the message you heard from the start. Love each other.

¹⁷ You have enough to eat and enough to wear. Your brother has nothing. You see him. You shut your heart. How can God's love be in you?
