All Things New

A huge crowd in heaven shouts for joy. They praise God. His ways are true. His ways are right. The city that hurt God's people is gone. Her smoke rises forever. The twenty-four elders and the four living beings fall on their faces. They say: Amen! Praise God!

A voice from the throne speaks. Praise God, all who serve him! Then a sound like thunder and rushing water fills heaven. The crowd cries out: The Lord God rules as king now! They are full of joy, because the Lamb is getting married! His bride has made herself ready. She wears bright, clean clothes...

The wedding of the Lamb has come. His bride stands ready. She wears fine white cloth, bright and clean. That cloth is the good things God's people have done.
