Genesis 20

¹ Abraham pack his things move go south enter desert. He stay between Kadesh and Shur. He live like stranger for Gerar.

² As he dey there, Abraham tell people say Sarah na his sister. King Abimelech of Gerar hear about her. He send men make dem bring her come his house.

³ Dat night, God appear to Abimelech for dream. "You be dead man. Di woman wey you carry belong to another man."

¹⁴ Abimelech give Abraham sheep, cow, and helpers. Men and women to work for am. He give Sarah back.

¹⁷ Abraham pray to God for Abimelech. God heal am. He heal his wife. He heal all the women wey dey work for his house so they fit born pikin again.
