¹ Di two angels reach Sodom dat night. Lot siddon for di city gate. When he see dem, he jump up! He bow down to di ground, put face for sand.

³ Lot beg dem. He no stop. Finally dem gree. Dem follow am go his house. He cook big food. He bake fresh bread. Dem con eat.

⁴ Before anybody fit go sleep, every man for di city con gather. Young men. Old men. From every side of Sodom. Dem pack round Lot house.

¹⁰ Di two men inside stretch hand sharp sharp. Dem grab Lot pull am inside. Dem slam di door lock.

¹² Di two men con tell Lot, "You get any other person here? Sons? Daughters? Your daughters husband? Anybody for dis city wey be your own? Tell dem make dem comot now."
