¹ Yahweh speak to Abram. "Get up! Leave! Your land. Your family. Your father house. Walk away from everything. Go to the land wey I go show you."

² "I go make you become a great nation. I go bless you with good things. Everybody go know your name. You go bring blessing to other people."

⁴ So Abram go. Just as Yahweh talk am. Lot go with am. Abram don reach 75 years when e leave Haran.

⁷ That same time, Yahweh show face to Abram! "I go give this land to your pikin dem." Abram build altar with stone for that place. For Yahweh.

¹⁰ But hunger come. Food no grow anywhere. Heavy famine hold the land! Abram go down to Egypt to wait make e pass.
